This Shou Mei was sourced along with Bai Mudan 2025 from the same garden in Panxi, allowing for an opportunity study the difference between two grades of the same white tea. Also compare it with the Shou Mei 2024 from the same garden, to study the influence of age.

For best results in gongfu cha, brew in the traditional gaiwan or in a Yixing teapot. Too high water temperature would burn the leaves, resulting in bitter taste.
